About us

Albert Lei Shen is from Beijing. At the age of 14 he has already graduated from secondary school. He then received a six-year full scholarship to study in the UK. He did his A levels in Millfield School and went to Oxford University to read Engineering, Economics and Management. He received his MEng degree at the age of 20. He spent nearly 20 years working for some of the largest investment banks in the world (JPMorgan, Australia and New Zealand Bank and BNP Paribas Bank). He became a CFA charter holder in 2005. 

Albert, 沈雷，14岁毕业于北京八中少年班，之后获得全额奖学金去英国进修六年（包括两年在Millfield就读A levels），20岁获取牛津大学工程经济管理本科加硕士学位。是90年代最早去英国中学留学的一批学生之一。他先后在顶尖投资银行从事外汇和商品业务近20年。 2005年成为CFA持证人

他长期关注教育和慈善事业。2007年捐助沈雷希望小学（陕西省）。2008年起任运动燃希望基金会(Sports for Hope Foundation) 执行董事。从2013年开始在中国牛津基金会 (China Oxford Scholarship Fund) 做面试官。2015年参与共同创建Pay It Forward基金，并为主要负责人，每年捐助去牛津读书的中国学子。2021年起在北大汇丰商学院做业界导师。

很早就开始对英国低龄教育（大学前）进行关注。2019年开始帮助自己的两个孩子先后申请英国13+入学，两人都成功被 Winchester College（温彻斯特公学） 录取。2022年起开始做英国留学专业咨询。
